1/2 cup fat free sour cream
2  tbsp. French’s Spicy Brown Mustard
1  (12 oz.) can white albacore  tuna packed in water, drained
1/2  cup chopped celery
2  tbsp. minced red onion
1/2  tsp. salt


  1. Blend sour cream and mustard in medium bowl.
    2. Stir in tuna, celery, onion and salt; mix well.
    3. Chill. If desired, serve on lettuce leaves or toasted light whole grain muffins.

Serves 4 –3 oz = 3 oz protein
