(1) 8 oz. fat free unflavored yogurt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground ginger
½ tsp. cumin
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
½ tsp. cinnamon
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Non-fat cooking spray


  1. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, paprika, garlic, salt, ginger, cumin, cayenne pepper and cinnamon.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow glass pan and pour the marinade over the pieces, turning to coat thoroughly.
  3. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 1-8 hours, turning occasionally.
  4. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
  5. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes. Discard any unused marinade.
    *Serves 4. – 1 chicken breast = 5 oz protein
