Ingredients:

1 lb. lean ground chicken

¼ t. garlic powder

½ t. Tabasco sauce

¼ t. seasoned salt

½ t. black pepper, coarsely ground

1 T. fresh cilantro, finely minced

2 T. diced green chile peppers, canned

2 T. nonfat ranch salad dressing

Nonfat cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the chicken, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cilantro, Chile peppers and salad dressing.
  2. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
  4. Grill the patties for 7-8 minutes, or according to your preference.
  5. Serve with a condiment of your choice.

Serves 4.  1 burger = 5 oz protein
