2 T.  lemon juice

1      clove garlic, finely minced

1 T.  fresh parsley, finely minced

1 t.   black pepper, coarsely ground

4      6 oz. halibut fillets

Nonfat cooking spray


1.Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.

  1. In a small bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley and black pepper.
  2. Place the fillets in the grill, drizzle the lemon sauce over each and grill for 4-6 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.

Serves 4 – 6 oz fish = 5 oz protein
