2 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1 clove garlic, finely minced
¼ cup. fresh cilantro, finely minced
½ tsp. black pepper, coarsely ground
1 tsp. salt
(4 )6 oz. sea bass fillets
Non-fat cooking spray
1. In a small plastic bag, mix together the chili powder, paprika, garlic, cilantro, pepper and salt.
2. Shake well and pour onto a plate.
3. Place each fillet on the plate and press lightly to absorb the spices.
4. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
5. Grill the fillets for 3-5 minutes.
*Serves 4 – 6 oz fish = 5 oz protein
