1 tbsp. chili powder
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
1 tbsp. Splenda brown sugar
½ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. cumin
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Non-fat cooking spray


  1. Combine the chili powder, cayenne pepper, parsley, brown sugar, pepper and cumin on a large plate.
  2. Mix the spices thoroughly. Press each chicken breast into the spices on all sides.
  3. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
