Ingredients:
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. non-fat mayonnaise
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Non-fat cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar, pepper, salt and garlic.
  2. Lightly coat the grill with the cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
  3. Place the chicken on grill, spoon the sauce over each breast, and grill for 5-7 minutes.
    *Serves 4. 1 chicken breast = 5 oz. protein
