Ingredients:

  • About 8 large carrots
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  2. Peel carrots, and cut into French-fry-shapes.
  3. Drizzle with sugar-free syrup, and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt, toss again.
  4. Place carrots down evenly. Bake for 15 minutes
  5. Flip carrots over. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Set oven to broil. Broil until fries are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
