Ingredients:
- About 8 large carrots
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Peel carrots, and cut into French-fry-shapes.
- Drizzle with sugar-free syrup, and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt, toss again.
- Place carrots down evenly. Bake for 15 minutes
- Flip carrots over. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Set oven to broil. Broil until fries are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
