½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, finely minced
(4) 6 oz. red snapper fillets
Non-fat cooking spray

  1. Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. In a small plastic bag, mix paprika,          cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and parsley.
2. Shake will and pour onto a plate. Press the fillets into the rub and turn to cover thoroughly.  Grill the            snapper for 3-5 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
*Serves 4 – 6 oz. fish = 5 oz protein
