Ingredients:

1 lb. lean ground chicken

1 T.  lemon juice

1      clove garlic, minced

2      green onions, finely chopped

2 T.  low sodium soy sauce

½ t.  ginger

1      egg white

Nonfat cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, lemon juice, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, ginger and egg white.
  2. Shape into 4 patties.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
  5. Grill the patties for 7-8 minutes, or according to your preference.

Serves 4 –1 burger = 5 oz. protein
