1/3 cup Fat Free Honey Dijon Mustard
1/3 cup fat free Asian sesame dressing
2 tbsp. water
2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 (12 oz.) pkg. broccoli cole slaw
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1  large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  1. COMBINE mustard, dressing, juice and ginger in large bowl.
    2. STIR in broccoli slaw, chicken and bell pepper. Cover and chill.
    3. SPRINKLE salad with cilantro before serving.

*Serves 4. ¾ cup = 3 oz protein
